Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting from the first available business day.
Sax Moda ships to Italy, EU countries, and some non-EU destinations using express couriers selected based on the order's destination.
Delivery Times
- Italy: 24/48 business hours from dispatch;
- Islands and remote or difficult-to-reach locations: up to 72 business hours;
- EU and international countries: variable times depending on the destination.
The indicated delivery times are estimated and may vary during holiday periods, high demand, customs checks, or force majeure events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €150, unless active promotions apply.
For orders below the specified threshold, shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout before payment.
International Shipments, Duties, and Customs
For international shipments, additional costs, customs duties, local taxes, or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer according to the regulations of the destination country.
Any delays due to customs checks or import procedures are not attributable to Sax Moda. The customer is responsible for complying with the import regulations in their country.
Order Tracking
When available, the customer will receive the shipping tracking code via email.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping details entered during the purchase. Sax Moda will not be responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without the need to provide a reason.
Return Conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be returned:
- intact and unused;
- complete with original labels and tags;
- in their original packaging;
- complete with any accessories and documentation;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Sax Moda reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
Return Procedure
To request a return, you must send a communication to info@saxmoda.it within 14 days of delivery.
After authorization of the return, the customer must ship the product to the address communicated by customer service.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and verified, Sax Moda will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Any shipping costs incurred for the order will not be refunded, except as provided by current legislation.
Exchanges
It is possible to request a size and/or color exchange for the same item within 14 days of delivery, subject to the availability of the requested product.
To request an exchange, you must contact customer service at info@saxmoda.it.
Any logistical costs related to the exchange will be communicated before the procedure is confirmed.
Products Excluded from Return or Exchange
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, except for defects of conformity.
