These General Conditions govern the online sale of products marketed by Sax Moda through the e-commerce website www.saxmoda.it.
Submitting an order implies the customer's full acceptance of these conditions.

Product availability
Products on the website are available while stocks last.
Despite automatic availability updates, simultaneous sales on multiple channels or temporary warehouse synchronization errors may occur.
In the event of total or partial unavailability of the product after the order, the customer will be promptly informed and will receive a refund of any amounts already paid for the unavailable items.
Prices
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Orders
The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation sent to the customer via email.
Sax Moda reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend orders in the following cases:

- unauthorized payments;
- suspicion of fraudulent activity;
- anomalies or inconsistencies in order data;
- product unavailability.
Order verification and fraud prevention
Sax Moda reserves the right to carry out additional checks on received orders to prevent fraudulent activities, unauthorized use of payment instruments or anomalous behavior.
In the presence of anomalies, inconsistent data or suspicions of fraud, the seller may suspend, cancel or refuse the order, possibly requesting additional documentation.
Payments
The accepted payment methods on the website are:

Bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after effective receipt of the credit.
If payment is not received within 3 working days from order confirmation, Sax Moda reserves the right to automatically cancel the order.
Shipping
Shipments are made via express couriers selected by the seller based on the order's destination.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with current legislation.

Personalized or tailor-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they have conformity defects.
Legal warranty
All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Limitation of liability
Sax Moda will not be liable for indirect damages, delays or service disruptions arising from force majeure, unforeseeable events, internet network malfunctions, customs delays or responsibilities attributable to the carriers responsible for delivery.

All content on the website, including images, texts, logos, trademarks, graphics and multimedia content, is the property of Sax Moda or their respective owners and is protected by current intellectual property laws.
